PNC Delhi Industrial infra Pvt Ltd., the Concessionaire for the project is entrusted with the responsibility of design, plan, develop, finance, construct, administer, manage, operate and maintain the Narela Industrial Complex in totality for the 15 years concession period. This Project requires upgrading and maintaining its’ existing basic infrastructure including roads, storm water drainage, sewerage system and effluent treatment, water supply, solid waste, parking, horticulture, street lighting and in turn collect the water supply charges, waste water treatment charges, parking charges, maintenance charges and advertisement charges from all leased plots of the Narela Industrial Complex during the Concession Period in accordance with the provisions of the concession agreement.
